Whoops, It’s Friday!

Got distracted by being off this week on account of the happy occasion of getting a new dug.

Wake me when the rugby starts

Can’t really grumble about that team. Think Taylor has higher potential than Dean, but Dean is a solid & experienced option these day.

Glad Ritchie is at least back & playing, will certainly be some impact from the bench.

I’d like to think if they turn up with the right mindframe they can win. Lack of game time for Toolis does worry me a bit.

Neither side’s had much game time, Chimpie. Plus, Ulster off the back of two defeats. Edinburgh’s to lose.

    Munsterman on the whistle, mind.

TBH I’d be disappointed to lose at home. Lack of a crowd neutralises that somewhat.

Need the pack, back row especially to step up & not give Cooney space to run the game. If we can get some decent ball to set the backs moving they can cause some damage.

As for tonight, Munster would have a better chance with Carbery & Snyman fit but don’t think it’ll be completely one sided.

I hadn’t realised that Roddy Grant’s a Saffer. The clues were all there.

Yes, NI v SI is tomorrow morning UK time.

I’m not sure Munster are the second best team in the tournament but I think they’ve got the best chance of knocking off Leinster.

He was born in Botswana actually. Raised in Cape Town and went to Hilton College in KZN, so his world view is formed by being more British than the British in Last Outpost Natal (KZN) and deeply fearful of anything that resembles Africa from Cape Town. Sounds perfectly British to me.

Good wikipedia-ing, Deebee. Gary Teichmann not a Saffer, then?

WP Prep, Bishops and Hilton suggests Roddy is a salt of the earth boet.

Well, Happy Sept 4th to everyone.

I’m 60 today – and I can safely say glad to have got this far……

Celebrations to be fairly muted as Covid restrictions here have hamstrung most of our plans and we’re on Plan D or E right now. However, as it’s the weekend we can string out the “muted” celebrations across Friday and Saturday…. make up in quantity what they lack in quality.
