Expect less mud than last week’s Welsh derby in Brigend
Worn out after typing all the Saturday fixtures, so I’ll just say: we have Hume and McCloskey in the centre. Antoine who?
Onna telly this weekend

Missed the start of the Exeter match. Just seen the replay of the yellow card, think the player was lucky it wasn’t a red – he seemed to really throw his shoulder into it.
Anyone notice that refs seem to be doing all they can not to give reds any more?
The part that I find hard to take is that the ref and the TMO went through the play almost frame by frame and still came up with the decision they did – everyone makes mistakes and that is taken for granted and it’s okay, but when you are examining a portion of play so closely you’d hope they would look at not just what one player is doing, but what all of them are doing.
If the Glasgow player was not bound then two Exeter players (the 6 and 8) were not bound and so the ball was out of the scrum – play on.
If the Glasgow player was bound until he let go of his lock, he did so after the Exeter 8 let go of his lock – play on.
Just tuned into the second half of Toulon v Munster to see Crowley put a lovely chip ahead for Zebo to catch and score with under the posts. 13-17.
Just prior to that, was watching Ronnie O’Sullivan’s post-win interview. They were asking him if he was thinking of retiring, and he said he couldn’t think of anything he wanted to do. “I suppose I could chase world records … oh wait, I’ve got them all.”
Bulls pulling away – great win for them – at 7-31 with 12 to go. Hooker Jan-Hendrik Wessels intercepts on roughly the halfway line and runs one in. Bulls seem to have battered Bris into submission in the second half.
Elrich Louw binned whilst I was opening wine. Bristol going through the phases in the Bulls 22 and get a try in the corner! Too late though, at 12-31 with 5 to go.
Last chance for Bris, can they snip through? Looks like it, but Bulls complaining about interference. Wasn’t even close, but still a great win for the Bulls 17-31 in the arctic north.
Stormers 7-0 up against Sale after 10 minutes. I thought there was a massive forward pass in the build up, but not even referred. Couple of ‘abrasive’ du Preez’s in the Sale side. Bloody French!
Leinster a bit sloppy but the floodgates will open in the 2nd half. Stade Francais never threatened the line. Off to cook diner, later tonight (Ulster vs Toulouse) should be more entertaining.
Why do TNT Sports have Craig Doyle, BOD and Dayglo sitting in a horrible, virtual void of a ‘studio’? It looks like something out of a terrible early-2000s, straight-to-DVD movie.
Allen on fire now!

GO NORN IRISH!
His post-match interview, the first thing he says: It was a really poor performance.
Not quite true, but Selby had a worse performance.
I like Selby; he’s my favourite English player. He’s certainly the best-looking player. But, y’know.

Got the magical 147 once! Took about 20 frames and I may have added a couple of points I didn’t actually pot, but it’s in the books! ‘Books’

TMO managed to find a way to stop Glasgow winning at the end.

If Ferrie was not connected to the scrum because he was only holding on with his hand, then so was the Exeter 8 – so scrum over, no offside

Ah! – victory well merited by the young lads there……………….

Thauma, it was a cumulative score, not one frame! 😄

Just tuned into Bris-Bulls, Bulls up 10-7 with 10 to go to the break. Looks like a good, tight tussle!

Ha! Then I might be in with a chance of equalising. Snooker is much harder than pool.

Very clear knock-on to the Toulon faithful, but a good referee team decision allows Munster in for their third try 13-22 to Munster

Calvin Nash looks a decent prospect. Made Jaminet look very foolish as Nash brushes him aside to get the try bonus. 18-29

Damn. Priorising the T14 as usual, Stade Français sent their junior team to the slaughterrhouse in Dublin. And no other game shown here. Bah…

Because they are actually in a horrible virtual void? Or rather, Dayglo was put in one out of the way, and the other two just got sucked in somehow?
