The only problem I’m finding, with the EPCR feeds, is the lack of clock and score. Otherwise it’s a nice way to watch a match.

Mitrea, not Matea. Not that I’m seething or anything

The one I watched would have benefited from having the ref mike too; it only had crowd noise.

Ulster profiting from Quins mistakes.

Refit, I agree, it’s almost like being at a match.
The Premier Sports comms teams are as bad as the refereeing in the Pro 14, though Rory Lawson is okay, he goes out of his way to be neutral.

Ulster edged the first half -with rather too much assistance from the Quins. I rather fear for the second half particularly if we keep messing our returns and giving silly offsides (that includes you Throbbers!). Very efficient offside / general monitoring by the officials so far. Quite an open game.

Sam Davies drives me bonkers. Missed a few kickable penalties, cocks up the time watch by kicking the ball out 20 seconds early, kicks to touch well then hopelessly, and now created a brilliant try with a high risk kick and chase.

End to x 2 may result in a Quins try but under review

Yes! 15-22

Bloody hell! Quins get one try, then Ulster get the ball but get pulled down about a metre short of the line, then Quins intercept and touch it down again, which is being looked at.

So Drags lose with 14 players 34-28. I should row back a little on Mitrea as there was no TMO, and it was revealing to listen how hard he worked at communicating every decision even if you thought it was right or wrong.

No point booing Elia Elia. He’s just about the only hooker alive in the Quins camp Very stressful watch this.

Why is Dan Evans catching a ball with one leg fully extended?

Red card? There’s precedent, a premiership player did the same and got a red the other week.

Wow! A red for Ospreys already? His foot did hit Thomas in the face, but at the most I would have said penalty, but there you go.
